Our Company was established in March 2008, with our main member having 16 years experience in the pallet and timber industry.We manufacture wooden pallets, crates, boxes, decks etc. to customer requirements. We also supply raw WOS Pine and Saligna timber, as well as Kiln Dried (KD) timber when required. Our products are made from a choice of either SA Pine or Saligna timber. This also includes Fumigation MB (METHYL BROMIDE) for export purposes when required. Heat Treatment (ISPM15) is also available on request at extra cost. As every company has their own needs regarding wooden packaging, we strive to meet these needs by discussing the specific use of each product where after the most appropriate option is established and quoted upon. Production is closely monitored which is paired with quality control and supervision. Finished products are inspected and then set for delivery. We strive to provide a good product and excellent service, which includes keeping stock (where an agreement is in place) to customer requirements to ensure and maintain a good business relationship. We have also found that our prices are very competitive in the pallet market and our aim is to maintain this positive trend to benefit our valued customers.Our present daily production capacity is approximately 1000 – 1200 pallets, and about 60 – 70 wooden boxes / crates, with a lead time of 3-5 working days. Should stock of any product be kept, a 24 hour delivery service would then be possible.
