Bradbri to-day has a total staff compliment of 25 permanent employees, 1 management/technical, 1 technical, 5 manufacturing 2 trainee / assistant, 3 admin The share portfolio is currently 90% owned by B.A. Tapinos directly and indirectly with profit share incentives in place for certain key personnel. Negotiations are currently underway for the additional sale of 45% shares, for BBBEE partnership. This we believe is necessary from the point of future growth, long term survival and the inclusion of the previously disadvantaged persons. A concern regarding the future is the training that is required within this industry and feel that with power sharing and the commitment of the envisaged new partner Bradbri will undoubtedly become the market leader in all aspects of this highly technical and involved industry.
