People Connections is a wholly citizen owned consultancy practice that was established under the Companies Act and registered in 2002. The Company has two shareholders, who are both citizens of Botswana. The company was established to offer general Human Resources services, including recruitment and selection services to statutory corporations and other bodies corporate, both in and outside Botswana. The Company has since its inception in 2002 grown from strength to strength, recruiting for both parastatals and private sectors and has a strong client base. Over the years, our experience has been centred around recruitment into senior and executive management roles. In addition, the company offers best in class assessment solutions.
