GILBOT GENERAL ENGINEERING

We specialize in the manufacture of machines for the rubber and mining industry. Listed below are some of the other services we offer. Due to the variety of work undertaken by Gilbot General Engineering, this is not an exhaustive list.

Fabrication

• Conveyor systems, including refurbishment and integrating into existing systems.
• Machine making.
• We have skilled personnel able to carry out modifications and machine refurbishment either in-house or on site, in a variety of materials, such as: Ferrous, non-ferrous and exotic metals, and also various thermoplastics (e.g polypropylene, polyethylene, nylon, Teflon etc.)
  

Machine & Manufacture

• Gears, shafts and rollers.
• Bushes, pins and spindles.
• Universal, internal and surface grinding.
• Milling, slotting and universal grinding.
• Turning (up to 4.8m in diameter).
  

Design & Development

• It is our aim to establish a joint working relationship directly with our customer, to ensure that the optimum solution is achieved.
• Each enquiry is systematically analysed to ensure that in every case, the optimum solution is achieved. We are fully aware of the ever increasing demand for improvements in health and safety standards, and ensure that all projects are designed, manufactured and installed with that in mind.
  

Maintenance

• We have skilled, experiences personnel able to carry out maintenance, repair or modify a wide variety of equipment, valves, pumps, systems etc., either on site or at our workshop.
